The key ring has become the org chart — managers carry a fistful, staff share copies, and nobody can say what opens what.

Keys are the problem: ex-staff copies floating around, no record of entries, and one shared key for a space that deserves an audit trail.

The exit route runs through hardware that sticks, alarms nobody, or was never rated for the crowd the room can hold.

Storefront hardware is failing at closing time — the pivot sags, the hookbolt misses its keeper, or the cylinder has been forced once already.

The safe will not open — combination lost with a departed manager, electronic keypad dead, or a dial that spins past its numbers.

There is cash, stock or paperwork that needs to survive a burglary or a fire, and it is currently in a drawer.
